Release Your Own Spine Workshop

Spend a Sunday morning learning a simple self care routine that is gentle--and EFFECTIVE--for decompressing your physical body as well as your mind.


WHO IT'S FOR:

  • If you're feeling stressed, tired, depleted, or like you're running on empty
  • If you're a caregiver
  • If you get little sleep or poor sleep
  • If you have pain, e.g. back pain, sciatica, etc
  • Beginners and experienced yogis of all styles of yoga


BENEFITS OF A HOME PRACTICE:

  • Having an effective self care tool you can do for FREE without having to drive anywhere
  • A consistent practice helps your body to sustain opening from SRY, chiropractic adjustments, or other healing modalities
  • Being able to track changes with the same poses over time
  • Being empowered to help your own SELF, whether you only have 5 minutes or 20 


WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • A sequence of 4 poses + shavasana  (yoga's relaxation pose) that you can do almost anywhere without any special props or tools
  • A handout to guide you through your home practice, whether you have 5 minute or 20, or even an hour or 


INVESTMENT:

  • $35 for workshop only
  • $97 for workshop + private session (reg. $75)


To allow for plenty of time and attention to every student, and to ensure you feel confident with the poses when you go home, space is limited to 4 students.
